Chulalongkorn Day is also referred to as Piyamaharaj Day in Thailand and can be celebrated each year on October 2-3 at the memory of one of Thailand’s esteemed kings, King Chulalongkorn. The King Chulalongkorn reigned for forty two decades and throughout his reign he transformed Thailand from a modest classic kingdom to a modern nation. He was believed as the only successful monarch all around the world.
